When it came to dating, it was nice to have time alone with Clark. But really, they weren't able to socialize with other couples because in his world it would mean keeping too many secrets. So today April had an idea.

She arranged for a table for four at a nice diner that had a beautiful view of the Tiber River. And close by, there was an alleyway that would allow privacy for those with PINpoint to arrive for the lunch. After that was all arranged, April sent out two invitations.

To Kairos: Hey Kairos, I would like to invite you and Connor to a lunch with me and Clark. PINpoint coordinates are attached. It is a nice casual event. I hope you can attend.

Then to Clark: Hey sweetie. I thought it would be nice to spend some time with another couple who met in the Nexus. I have invited Kairos and Connor to lunch, and would love you at my side. PINpoint coordinates are attached. See you soon!

With that done, all that is left is to wait.

Day Two: Describe your first love, in great detail
Before I go into details, I would like everyone to understand that where I was raised, in Qua-Toth, the Demons who ruled the world didn't believe in the emotion of love. Lust yes. Desire yes. But love? Quite strongly, they did not love.

So I did not understand what love was until I arrived in my home dimension. My gifts allowed me to see the love of friendship between the Scoobies, reuniting with each other. To see the love of sacrifice, that is there whenever someone details the story of how my father activated the amulet to destroy the First Evil. And to see the love that lasted centuries between my father and mother. It was a new emotion for me, but my human spirit accepted it quickly.

Now back to the story of my first love. It will become pretty obvious soon that I am talking about the man I am dating, Clark Kent, so we might as well get that out of the way. We had met in the Nexus when he asked what people thought about destiny. I thought it was an interesting question, considering that I had been born with a destiny of my own.

Blame his cute alien genes, but yes I had an insta-crush on him. And knew that his friendship meant a lot to me the next time he arrived in the Nexus, brainwashed by his birth father. The third time we talked was when Clark had Lois-problems, and then he talked to me about finding a suitable mentor and we had a brief sparring session.

I of course flirted a little during the session, and after that session had some deeper feelings for Clark. I went to the Nexus for advice if I should tell him, and had an interesting time dealing with a de-aged Clark due to a Nexus LOL. It really wasn't until one night Clark came to my rescue, helped me deal with a spell that had the Beast in control, and used his heat vision to create a rune that still exists on my back. At the time the rune was for Love, to help me combat desire. And that night we started dating.

It has been over two months since that night. In that time, he has been there for me for so much in that time. Helping me heal after my mother attacked me, he has introduced me to his adopted parents and his friends in Smallville, he has been my shoulder to lean on, and my confidant when I am worried. And of course I knew I loved him from the start, and it felt so freeing to say the word, to let him know how I feel.

But I think the most amazing thing was what happened after he rescued me from The Scourge, my Love rune had changed into something new. The Krypton rune for Soul Mate. And that is who Clark is for me now. And even in those times when I meet alternates and start to worry about who they ended up with -- all I have to do is remember the compassion, care and respect I feel from Clark everytime I spend time with him. I feel so fortunate the my first love was the man who has become my soul mate. Things don't often happen like this... and I am not sure what I did to be so fortunate... but I give my thanks every night for having Clark in my life.
