shopping fun that leads to LOLs

It was a nice day, and April had some extra cash in her pocket. So she went into the Nexus to do some shopping in some of the discount stores. Picking up fabric for the clothing that she was working on, finding new designs that inspired her, and buying small trickets here and there.

Searching the discount racks, April found a beautiful dress that would fit her perfectly. It had the right colors, and had a perfect price. Buying it, she didn't notice the small smirk from the saleperson as she left the dress shop.

Deciding to make the most of the buy, April went home and changed into her new dress. And then picked up the phone to invite Clark out for a date. The dress felt so light and natural... she never even noticed how it didn't exist in the first place.

"I think we are both going to be ecstatic." While Clark worked on her shirt, April worked to remove his.

"Absence makes the heart grow fonder?" Even though it's been some time, they still know the best way to undress each other without getting in the way, practice turned into habit. And before long he has her right where he wants her, and right where she wants him.

"Yes. The waiting almost makes this feel like the first time." April admits to some of her nervousness. But the familiar touch of his skin renews the passion she has always had for him.

"I guess we'll have to remind each other, then." He kisses her, touching her all over, reacquainting himself with her. It's a renewal of sorts, a reestablishment of what they had before, rooting down the tree.

"Good thing we have your picture-perfect memory to help us remember." April sighed contetly. Touching his skin gently. She can sense the imagery of the tree there in Clark's mind. And kisses him deeply.

"Like you could ever forget this," he teases her, and brings them together with a sigh. It's been a lot time indeed, and he's been so caught up in himself and his problems that they haven't had time for just them. But those times of turmoil are over, he thinks, and it's finally time.

"Oh no. Spending time with you will always be unforgetable." The moment is perfect. It is both passionate and relaxing at the same time. Finding these moments together always gets them through the tough moments.

Clark feels so relaxed when they're done, just lying next to each other, holding each other and listening to her breathing. He feels at peace for the moment, wishing that it could always be this way.

"I enjoy nights that end like this one." April refers to them laying beside each other. Of course, they have been able to spend many nights in each others arms. "I feel so safe in your arms."
