Rain taps his watch, PINpointing them to River's End. They step out of the alley and around the corner to a very nice looking restaurant. There are even valets. Stepping up to the maitre d, Rain clears his throat. "Yes, table for two please." The man looks at him. "Name?"
"Don't you know who this is?" He motions to April, looking appalled.
"I'm afraid not sir, you need a reservation." the man replied with a snooty air.
"Seriously? You don't know royalty when you see it? This is Princess Danica of Norway." he said, his volume increasing. People started to take notice.
"Please.. she's no more princess than I am." the man rolled his eyes.
"I will not STAND for you insulting her highness this way. I demand to see your superior." Rain yells.
People start muttering about terrible service and disrespecting royalty and what's the world coming to. The Maitre D stiffens and rushes off to find his manager. Rain bumps the podium, knocking the book on the floor. "Oops." he bends down to write in a reservation for the "princess" on another page of the book while people are distracted and asking April for an autograph or the occasional photo. Rain hopes she'll play along while he puts the book back in its place.
