troubles with caring for a Vampire
Mar. 1st, 2010 05:25 pmThe last 36-hours, while no training for Rain, was still stressful for the young Slayer. After all, he was responsible for a caged Beast, as April was temporarily without her soul. She had sacrificed her soul for 72 hours, so that Rain would be able to reclaim a moment with his dead parents and sister. And if she had been in her right mind -- she would have been at his side and ensuring that he understood why she wanted to give him that moment.
But April was not in her right mind. The Beast was in control. And it was being as difficult for the Slayer as it could be. So far, any attempts to give April raw steak had been out-flat refused. Instead, selfishly and stubbornly, the Vampire had been pouting in a corner of her cage.
