After an uneventful day exploring the Nexus, April had arrived back at her apartment. Left for her on the doorstep was a single white rose.
With a smile (and the assumption it had been left by a certain boyfriend), April picked it up, and entered the apartment. The rose would immediately have the edge of its stem cut and placed into a vase of water for safe-keeping.
