Ed lets Al tug him forward. For a ten-year-old, Al's pretty strong. "Yeah..." Ed says slowly, "kinda... surprised I came through too..." He frowns for a moment. "Wait... what readings?"
Several things aren't adding up... He doesn't have his GDO on him—it didn't come with him to Dominion City when he gave himself up to get Al back into his body. So how did they get through the Iris? General Hammond doesn't let anyone through the metal barrier over the event horizon without a current IDC code. Ed glances behind him to check the Iris; it's closed, and the Stargate has already shut down. Air Force SFs are guarding the entrances to the Embarkation Room either side of the far end of the room, as per usual. For the most part, everything seems normal...
