Ed had dashed through the door, so he has to skid to a halt, stopping in his tracks a second before he gets tackled by his little brother. Alarm bells are going off in his head already, but he reflexively hugs Al back anyway. They're in the Embarkation Room, facing away from the Stargate and still on the ramp, as though they've just stepped through the wormhole from another planet. The door's gone for him too. "Al?" he breathes out. "This is... Stargate Command? How the hell did we—?" He cuts himself off when he sees that Al's crying. He pulls away a bit and lays his left hand on the side of Al's face. "Al? What's wrong? Where's SG-1? And Teacher?"
