when taking a break really isn't
In the quiet shelves of the Villa library, April sat in one corner surrounded by books. There were books on understanding telekinesis, detailed accounts of the Goddess Jasmine, a small collection of nursery rhymes, and a magic tome on how psychics could protect themselves from being noticed. Or used.
She had been studying quite intently for the last couple of hours. And finally reached a point where her sketch pad had five pages of little notes, and drawings of both Jasmine and the newest woman who had entered her visions- Glory. It was quite early in the morning, and most of the others around the Villa were going to awaken soon, or for some retire for the day.
April returned the materials back to their appropriate places in the shelves. Then finding a private place, activated her PINpoint to change locations. There was still much on her mind, and while she should be resting, April felt that perhaps the best course was for a brief distraction.
There was a lovely coffee house just up the street from her Kansas State apartment. And she had teleported in an alleyway near it. April entered the coffee house, seeking out the comfort of the soft music, quiet solitude, and large cups of coffee. She found herself a nice comfy chair in the corner. Sketch pad in one hand, as she glanced through her notes, and a cup of joe in the other. It was easier to return her thoughts to the concerns writing on those pages here. Almost like it was her safe haven to find the solution that she knew was just around the corner.
