Definitely not.
But, April does believe in destiny and fate. She believes that there is a flow to life that guides people to their ultimate destination.
Also, there are some folk tales that April also believes because to her... and others in the Buffyverse... monsters do go bump in the night. A holy symbol will stop a vampire. And there is truth to those 'folk tales'.
