April handles extreme heat and cold very well, since she is a vampire and can adapt to climate change pretty easy. If things got extreme-extreme, the situation would be a little different, as there is even a limit for vampires.
The one thing that should be noted is that she is sensitive to sunlight, but that applies more to the UV Rays than the actual heat of the sun.
