one trimester to go... so much to do

April is now entering her third trimester of her pregnancy. And right now, the preparation of preparing the nursery is the top thing on her mind. But what can you expect... when a pregnant woman enters that 'nesting' stage, they are constantly trying to straighten out their life. And nesting gets more interesting when pregnancy affects her memories at times, making April a little scatterbrained, and running out trying to find out where she left her paint, or her paintbrush.
It was nice that the paint fumes no longer made her sick. She still was safe, of course, working with non-toxic paints that wouldn't affect the baby when it slept.
But so far, the start of her mural for the nursery was going great. She had started with a tree in the corner, with a picturesque landscaping on the walls that connected to that corner. The floors had paint clothes protecting them. And she was pretty much concentrating on her work.
There was so much personal touches to the mural. The the special symbol of the tree... that connected her and Clark during their relationsip. To the fact that the farm house looked very similar to the one that still sat empty in Smallville. There was hidden symbols in the mural too, and one would have to look closely to see the House of El symbol. Or the little golden leaf that was placed into the tree itself. The little things that were so important to April and Clark were here... where their child would see it and be surrounded by it.
