"Thanks." Rain stepped through into a quiet section of the hospital. His first objective was to find a room with an empty bed. A place to hang the chart so that he could refer the nurses back to a room number if he was stopped and his story would check out. He wandered the halls, looking for a room. His feet felt heavy.
